Rumors were that the solar panels were supposed to deploy soon after separation (see the latest Beidou GEO sat for a similar Chinese example) but so far hasn't - probably should have been 20 or so minutes ago.
....and latest rumors were that the solar panels DID eventually deploy, later than scheduled. Official confirmation pending.

Might be different from BDS-3 G3Q and need to wait till exiting the shadow and entering the illuminated side before deployment
