What I understand is that Soyouz-7 is a Soyuz-6 (with one RD-180MV) launched from Sea Launch...
So what is the "Soyuz-7" as referred to in here? The methane-LOX launcher proposed in Samara, just a name change of the Zenit Mark II....I mean Soyuz-5 (but the LEO capability doesn't match), or something else?

Thanks. Also about Soyuz-6 - Rogozin initially said that it will use LH2 engine(s) on the 2nd stage (RD-0146/0150), but it seems that there's another choice with RP-1 engines. Are both choices still on the table right now?

Soyuz-7 is Soyuz-5 (i. e. RD-171MV) with smaller tanks. The name has no meaning beyond S7->Soyuz7. It's not LNG/LOX rocket by Progress (which was called Soyuz-5 before it was renamed to Soyuz-7, ha-ha).
