R-7/Soyuz at 158 launches was beaten handily by the single rocket family depending Chinese, which their DF-5 based Long March 2/3/4 series was used for 186 flights. At 80 launches since the very 1st one, @SpaceX's Falcon 9/Heavy stands firmly in 3rd.

Despite clearly on the way out, Proton made 71 flights to made it to 4th place, followed by Atlas V with 62 and Ariane 5 at 57. In 7th to 10th places are PSLV (34), H-IIA/B (31), Delta IV (29) and Rokot/Strela (21).

I have checked his list - looks like he miscounted the Proton launches by 1. The 5 launches differences for Soyuz comes from that he considers the Soyuz-2.1v as a separate family since it uses a completely different engine for the 1st stage and the 1st stage was also modified.
