The second stage of SA-212 is in fact the very one rocket stage converted into the famous Skylab, and the S-IB stage is presumbly scrapped. Well, maybe not after all....

That tankage and the "United States" marking seems to match that of the individual tankages for later built Saturn IBs. See here for a photo of the last one built, SA-214: http://www.spacelaunchreport.com/sa214.html

Before closing the park, Japanese space fans estimated that the debris seems to be from mockup of Saturn-1B, like as you. I don't know why the paper estimated that the debris' origin is Titan 2, but, I think it's more fantasic estimation...
