I keep hearing this, but I thought the check valves were admittedly known to be leaky, the reaction of NTO and titanium documented, and the behavior of COPVs under rapid change noted in advance? Still digging to try and actually source that properly.
Yeah that's probably the thing I would be most worried with Starliner. I found it interesting that on the other hand the problems that affected SpaceX/Crew Dragon (F9 COPV that wrecked 2 rockets; Crew Dragon abort thrusters RUD) were more "out of the blue".
