Well, this concept even gained traction in the US for Space Shuttles (certainly for many who have worked in the program), & I've seen many who have drawn satellites as persons (usually girls - @shikishima is one who does that). But I don't think "Rocket Girls" have appeared yet.

So.....uhh I have seen too many anime lately too get rid of this idea in my mind and not but help to start pairing rockets (using histories of them as basis) with anime characters - and thus those VAs who voiced for them. And thus here's my own personal list of choices:

(Note: Individual characters are based on detailed differences between the different stages. CBC based variants counts as one single rocket unless otherwise stated. Currently planned to only include rockets active in the 21st Century and a few selected others.)
