I'm pretty sure it was Atlas V and not Titan IV - wasn't F1 using Launch Complex 3W back then? Looking back though I think SpaceX should have asked for using another pad - when the other rocket needs to be stacked on the pad as opposed to rolled out from elsewhere, it's a no-no.
