This is presumbly where the "rocket barge" is. Rocket tracking ship Yuan Wang 7 parks to the west - it probably holds the makeshift LCC for this launch too. 4 China Coast Guard cutters (# 1117/1123/37101/37102) guards the immediate area of the launch. (2/3)
