China launched a CZ-4C from Taiyuan at 2249 UTC May 22; payload is Yaogan 33, probably a military radar satellite. Not yet clear whether the launch has reached orbit successfully.
With no announcements for the past 5 hours and no new objects on @SpaceTrackOrg (I think - can't check at work) I doubt there's still a chance of nominal outcome. And if true, chances are that they will sweep it under their rug as if nothing has happened...

No new objects yet. But that's not 100% out of range for Space-Track these days. If no TLEs in another 12 hours (morning Pacific time) I'll be ready to declare it failed.

Lack of TLEs or SATCAT entries so far is not indicative of any problems. We spoke with

Yes, but this one is to LEO, so any significant underburn probably won't result in orbit
