actually we (ESA) managed to get the 2 in a better orbit and they will most likely become part of the constellation (tbc) so overall im expecting very little impact, if any but thats not for me to say, im not the constellation expert...
With the Galileo constellation now having 26 sats but only 22 operational (2 in wrong orbits, 1 w/ power problems & 1 with clock problems (?)), how much would the performance be affected w/ respect to the original 3 x 8 fleet, until more sats can be launched? (paging @DutchSpace)
