If Telstar 19V is indeed at 7.05 t, IIRC it is probably the heaviest (by launch mass) commercial geostationary comsat ever launched (the Chinese SJ-18 which got dumped back in ocean last year was heavier but it would be hard pressed to call it "commercial".

If only including beyond-LEO flights, Echostar 105/SES-11 at 5.2 t was about as heavy as it did, but the target orbit was quite a bit higher.
