I wake up before the sun comes up, so loud noises would not bother me. But not being able to fall asleep because of noise makers would cause me to resign as the postmaster general. Just saying.
Like what? A citizen’s arrest??? We agitate and get the Republicans attention. The law is only as good as the enforcement.
