I don't understand the modern need for The District, nor for Territories, nor for Protectorates. All-in or independent.

Ok fam then help restore the votes of 600,000 residents. We still have taxation without representation. Say less and do more. We want to have a voice in Congress. Do something.

Simple solution is to give territory back to the states that ceeded it. Much better than giving 700,000 people 2 senators.
