How does DOJ policy have the force of law over something this important? The president's appointee for AG says oh no, cannot indict a sitting president! It's obviously an arbitrary rule born of self-interest. This makes no sense.

@RepSwalwell just said on MSNBC that this policy should be removed and, if elected, he would instruct his AG do so. I hope the other Democrats also come out and make this pledge.@KamalaHarris,@SenGillibrand@ewarren ??
