From his own words, we know Judge Kavanaugh believes that a sitting president should not be criminally investigated or indicted. His statements here are another indication that he views this matter in constitutional terms & not just as a policy preference.https://www.politico.com/story/2018/08/01/kavanaugh-independent-counsel-clinton-booker-754587 …

So what? Kavanaugh is as good as they get in judges and human beings. The DOJ has long said the POTUS cant be indicted as policy since the 1970's. Quit yelling fire in the movie house when nothings burning. A vote against Judge K is disingenuous

A president under investigation should not be picking a SCOTUS &as far as that goes, a judge that feels and illegitimate president that has committed treason in broad daylight shouldn’t be investigated should not be considered to be a SCOTUS let alone a judge. Period.

To be charged with a misdemeanor, one must have charges and upon conviction must serve a punishment be it in the form of a fine or prison sentence. A sitting president can be charged and convicted in a court of law. The framers did not want absolute power for one person.

Correct, but Kavanaugh is basically saying that state local and federal law should not subvert the Constitution. The constitution lays out how to criminally deal with a President. Further law is not needed or warranted.
