It's the SAFEST Part of SF. Poor people moving in doesn't make it bad. Theirs a name for people who want to keep out other races due to prejudice and stereotypes.
Yet we been giving them the courtesy of coming and settling in our neighborhoods and slowly changing it for years and when we want to go their neighborhoods they don't want us there. They want to be in our neighborhoods but don't want us in theirs. Do you see how wrong that is?

How are you giving people “courtesy…”? There are are a lot of vacant commercial space around China Basin. If one is earnest in wanting to share their culture through food/retail can start there or anywhere outside the city.

I'd find it hard to believe that landlords in Chinatown refuse to rent to Latino businesses.. though I could be wrong.
