Ppl think it’s safe because it’s quiet out there.
Talking about it and actually getting involved in it are 2 diffrent things. And yet you see ALOT of Asian stores/ restaurants in black/brown neighborhoods
. But NO taquerias or Latino restaurants/stores in Chinatown. Who's really keeping who out?

I for one would love to see that happen. But once a business gets established there it becomes their entire career and possibly a generational family business. Is there evidence of roadblocking, or simply an entrepreneur don’t see or want to operate in that market?
