Just got physically attacked by a homeless person at Safeway in San Francisco. The guards watched it. The cashier saw it. Other shoppers gasped. But no one did anything. And just like that, I had to ignore it too. Wonder how long will this all continue. SF is not safe.
True, but short of a brutal crackdown and suspending human rights and giving police complete immunity its to little to late. The police have been crippled though and without giving them more authority and immunity nothing will change.

So let’s fix this : - arrest for sleeping on public property - hard labor for defecating in public property - hard labor for using drugs in public and throwing needles - prison for life for assault. - shoot on sight for assault. Implement that and see how things change.
