So you'll vote lib dem then? If you're in West Cornwall and you want a Labour government you vote lib dem.

What and get the Tories again after Vince Cable props them up once more? Never. They can't be trusted. Lib Dem vote share is crumbling across Cornwall. I half the seats Labour are now the official opposition down here.
-
Coming from West Cornwall I very much doubt that
-
I don't much care fella. I'll never be voting Lib Dem again, there's an awful lot of people down here thinking likewise.

I am 43, carer to a partner with schizoaffective disorder and 2 children. Work part time and run a community group. Non driver. I’m a remainder but would vote Labour over any other party at the moment, but I won’t make a difference as I live in an area where the Tory is 12k ahead
-
They're a dying party. Membership falling year on year, becoming ever increasingly reliant on big donors & where the media used to be able to bury such info, it's beyond their control on social media. An entire generation of non-tory voters is what they face. Change is coming.

All good. But. Brexit decimates UK GDP and - exponentially - the money available for public spending. His facilitation of Brexit reduces his capacity to do any of the good things he wants to.
-
It isn't true. As a country in control of our own currency we can choose how we spend it. We might have a bit less coming in but when billions are being printed all the time just to prop up our crooked banks, you can see where money can easily come from to be used differently.

All too easy to make plans while in opposition but local and national taxpayers pay for everything even carers
-
Lol Have you any idea how much unpaid carers save the taxpayer, given the saving to the NHS their unpaid efforts make? BILLIONS! If every unpaid carer went back to work tomorrow and dumped their duties on the NHS it'd collapse overnight. We're a net saving,

Okay. Everything you say there makes sense to me ( I am a sole carer for one son with Special Needs). But I cannot see any way in which Brexit improves Britain, and reading stuff by experts on the EU they tell me there is nothing in Corbyn's plans he cannot do within the EU

-
Irrelevant as to whether the changes are possible within the EU, the country voted to leave it. That said, how we choose to spend our money, a currency we have complete control over, is another matter. Stop printing it to give to banks & use to finance the manifesto perhaps?

There will be no prosperity to share once Corbyn gets the brexit he wants.... it will make us poorer and unable to afford Labour policy or an end to austerity... he says one thing whilst pursuing the opposite.... that is dishonest and a betrayal
-
I seem to have to explain the fact we have control over our own currency constantly. The Tories have doubled the National Debt by constantly printing money to give to the banks. How about we stop that & use it to invest in stuff instead? It's about political choice.

Corbyn is all for dragging you out of the EU which is going to affect you severely, that chiming you hear is the last bells of the NHS.
-
Idiocy. We have our own currency, we control it completely. How we spend what we have is political choice, Corbyn would probably choose to give the banks less (all that QE remember?) & use a bit to invest in stuff instead. A Tory Brexit would be bad news, not a Corbyn one.

I am 51 I live in Worcestershire. I am also a carer for 2 disabled people. I am a socialist, not a cultist. It is not cultish to want to see the prosperity of this country shared for the benefit of the many, not the few, when it isn't now.

Which is all reasonable. Except when you remember that Corbyn thinks Brexit is a good idea, which will make everything worse. Either that or he thinks it’s a bad idea but he’s still ploughing ahead because he has no principles.
-
No principles? They guy is the only principled party leader, he's stood by them for 30 years.
