Of course it has! But corporate lawyer Dan's rich buddies have spent 50 years buying the court system and it would be just plain unfair to take that away.

A blatantly political Court packing in today's environment would lead to states and institutions held by the other party simply ignoring Court rulings. Imagine where that heads.

Kinda like modern day California. Maybe thats the way it will all go. Gonna be tough to keep this country together. Thing is, how do we cut and paste the geography so that the elites in Cali and the Northeast can be joined together and everyone else left to form a proper country.

Not the men killed in the Civil War. Or all of their descendants that never lived. A lot of the blame can be placed on the Dred Scott case adjudicated by a packed court.
