I can't say how happy I am to hear a future member of Congress express that. That demographic has one of highest murdered rates and one of highest suicide rates and NEEDS advocates both in society and in government.

My first response to something is like this is to be like

Because I forget that this statement isn't as braindead obvious to some people as it should be.
