Not a pollyanna, but: if *policing* & our wretched CJ system aren't impregnable, the estab. Dems aren't either. (Schumer is denying Engel now! Will he do it three times?). This is a revolt. If Engel & a few others lose their primaries, even the stupidest will start to notice.
