There have been several loud noises, but I don't think any were gunshots or explosions. But audio of loud live events always makes it difficult to tell.

The protesters seem content w/ their position after pushing through the police line. A lot of them are taking selfies and looking away from the Capitol. I don't know how much the protesters know about what has happened inside.

Many of the Trump supporters are leaving and shifting to the House entrance to the Capitol (if you don't know, the Capitol is a BIG building).

Riot gear police just arrived in a vehicle. It's unclear what they are planning. The police already gave up their position and they are still outnumbered (even though the Trump supporter group at the Capitol isn't that large).

Reporter thinks a flash bang was just fired. The air looks clear and there are no signs of tear gas. This is an obvious contrast to police reaction to BLM protests. It's confirmed that the Capitol is on lockdown b/c some Trumpists made it inside.

Trump is now tweeting that Pence betrayed him and is, unsurprisingly, doing the worst possible thing as the Capitol is being invaded by his supporters.

I can't tell from the WUSA video. I can only see the protestors on the terrace. I did watch the police surrender their previous line and run into the building.
