The only reason I still buy and use Apple devices is because I can jailbreak and set up all my stuff on it. When this is over, I'll just throw it in the trash.

Apple never liked when people actually used their products to their full potential, instead of treating and using them as if they are "made of magic". They just want to mentain the façade of bulletproof security, even at the expense of, ironically, security.
