Does privacy have value? Currently, valuing privacy is like swimming upstream. Because it is difficult most people don't. But trading too much privacy for convenience is akin to bargaining for security by trading freedom. Choose freedom. Choose privacy.

Yet again, the public is being asked to trade privacy for safety. This time, truckers are in the midst of the controversy, sparked by a proposed rule creating a digital tracking system for commercial truckers that may further stress the nation’s already weak supply chains.

A recent proposed rule requiring truckers to place an electronic ID on vehicles raises privacy and logistical concerns. Some truckers say this move may lead them to exit the industry, meaning it could exacerbate already weak supply chains.

My latest article with identifies the perverse incentive that drives the surveillance market. Surveillance services drive profit while helping gov't achieve its objectives. The merger of these interests harms consumers by eroding privacy.

The judge in Missouri v. Biden granted Plaintiffs' request to depose Dr. Fauci. The deposition will take place tomorrow, and we will be asking questions about his role in censoring the Great Barrington Declaration, its authors, & others who criticized his approach to Covid.

Glad to see the Psaki deposition in Missouri v Biden will move forward! The depositions in this case will help the public better understand the extent of the federal government's attempts to control the flow of information available to the American people.
