Think about how pathetic your entire department looks. This police officer should be fired and so should its leadership. Seriously if your police officers can’t restrain a 14 year old girl without assaulting her, then you need new officers. This is embarrassing you dumb idiots.

Imagine being trained for months on how to physically subdue someone two to three times your size, with precision and skill. Then have to resort to this to take a 14 year old girl into custody.

It's a scary time to be a (white police) man (with a gun). Completely, totally, absolutely out of control. And gtfo with that "stature" dog whistle, we see right through it. Hope the family presses charges, lawyers up and gets you fired.

What does that have to do with the fact that a police officer was hitting her after she WAS handcuffed & held by other officers.....

She wasn't handcuffed yet but they were holding her down making it so she was unable to comply with their directions. Holding a 14-year-old down on her hands and beating her for not getting her hands out.
