@Post2015_CCC Do you claim to determine C+B, or the "social GOOD" - if the latter, don't HR&R look integral to this calculus?

@GrahamLong9 we use standard welfare economics principles: assess social, env, econ C+B, then quantify in dollars and compare (1/3)

@GrahamLong9 sometimes this is doable e.g. longer lives, higher wages from gender equality. HR&R are not typically quantifiable though (2/3) -
