I don't do comments on YouTube but if you don't like liquid eyeliner you should use creme eyeliner instead. It has the same sharp look but is way easier to control.

I also don't use pencil anymore for my eyebrows, but that's because I'm lazy and use the same creme eyeshadow for eyebrows, eyeshadow, and contour. But no pencil sharpener required. :)

Hi trans girl who also is insecure about makeup skillz here. In gfx programming I always move the world vectors not the camera vector so with eyeliner I always move my face and keep the pencil static which helps me look less like a panda because the pencil is stable ymmv ofc <3
