I agree that the critical analysis of the concept counts for far more than its linguistic packaging, and that too much padding might well soften the critique, but the title could use a little bit of tweaking so it doesn't read like it's your word. Quotation marks at least.

It does strike me as weird that the outcry on the usage of the term overrides knowing that the term itself is going to get deconstructed and dressed down. I'm beginning to understand certain leftist criticisms of how the left conducts itself, I guess.

You gotta bear in mind that too many people, notably the kind with harmful, stubborn views, won't watch your video and instead feel haughty that you appear to be entertaining their views as valid, rather than seeing that you're deconstructing a meme they don't think twice about.

I'd respected you and your content even if your format wasn't to my entirely personal tastes - but now that you seem to be disregarding the input of other trans women, who you position yourself as standing up for in some manner, I find it hard to maintain.

I mean, I see how your title is way more marketable (in the meaning of people clicking it), but it's still marketability at the expense of a marginalized minority — even if you are yourself a part of that minority.
