I usually think the whole "ownage" genre is inherently toxic, but this @Hbomberguy video is so deeply satisfying that I want to analyze why it's actually good.https://youtu.be/JOp28hQb_Xw

2: The video exposes the hypocrisy and absurdity of the target utterly, unambiguously, indisputably, and hilariously. Rarely does that ever happen. You can debate people like PJW for years, but with the gish gallop you'll never score an actual point.

The point here had to be set up with a carefully researched 30-minute video, to which PJW's embarrassingly inadequate response was vulnerable to this unimpeachable dunking. I never thought I'd use this language unironically but here we are: PJW has been WRECKED DESTROYED.

Replying to @Hbomberguy @ContraPoints
I also think the 'let's own a person real quick' genre isn't useful, however after making a long, effort-y piece specifically to demonstrate that to some folks, research and critical thinking doesn't matter, having Paul go and prove it for me made it seem funny to respond in kind
