would you ever consider doing a video about this topic? it's one of those things i cant see the other side of. i personally would date a trans person pre or post since genits & gender dont matter. but i dont think people the right to dictate what others should be attracted to (?)
as I say in this thread, everyone absolutely and always has a right to sexual autonomy, and no one should ever ever ever ever ever ever ever sleep with a trans person unless they really really want to. That's not what I'm objecting to.

Perhaps it's easier to frame as "if some self-defined lesbian is with a trans woman she is still lesbian, so feel free to not want trans women, just don't say the lesbian label necessarily means that"? The debate is really about labels since both sides agree prefs are immutable?

I mean I'm not even into those labels, partly because of the STRAIGHT men who fucking kill trans women after finding out they got a BJ from one. Under pre-orientation-labeling patriarchal system the man still "did the fucking" and there is no reason for violence;sorta less harm?

Perhaps if one dispenses with labels entirely and just says "sorry people, there are people who DON'T AND WON'T like penises/vaginas" the debate disappears as you and Arielle say the same thing? Is it "who owns a word"?

It amounts to their alleged 'negligence' when spreading shitty generic right-wing-ey talking points on trans issues. Transphobia is also about misinforming and then expecting others to teach you kindly (not as 'an angry mob') how bad of a portrayal you made of them.
