A leftist Antisemite can dog whistle Jews as "bankers." A rightist Antisemite can complain about "Cultural Marxism"—Marx, Benjamin, Trotsky were Jewish, that's pretty suspicious.
My personal feeling about the lizard thing is that it's not predominantly Antisemitic. But definitely it's something to be aware of, keep an eye on.

I think lizardpeople relate to antisemitism the way flat Earth relates to young Earth Creationism. They aren't stcitcly the same, but they're slippery slopes to them propped up intentionally by the members of the more dangerous version to lure dumb people into the slide.

Yeh, David Icke is an anti-science woo pushing fruit loop. However, he resonates with a lot of peeps because his world view has a kernel of truth to it... But I don't think he's anti Semitic. When he says lizards, he actually means lizards lol...

Well, you said yourself that the point of dogwhistles is that they don't immediately seem like what they are and they co-opt symbols and attitudes that are already common Many of the biggest figures pushing the Reptilian thing are definitely using it as a dogwhistle though
