I think shes a good actress, but I actually did not like that her character arbitrarily did not tell Poe the full plan she had. And I feel like there wasn't enough of her character in the movie to account for her relationship with Leia.

Poorly introduced, poorly developed, and then sort of acted ridiculously by not informing the crew of her plan. All in all, sort of a contrived character, which is a bummer. I loved that it was Dern, and her ending was great (if it didnt open such a can of worms about tactics)

All true, and intentional in a way? We’re supposed to side with Poe and not trust her, that gives the climax more impact.
