I am still planning to go to Vancouver that weekend, to meet fans at the very least, and possibly to participate in smaller event with UBCFSC. I'm also looking into doing a Portand, OR meetup that same week. Will keep you posted!

except that's not what people told me. They told me that 1 I was raising money for holocaust deniers and 2 that I was secretly becoming best friends with Blaire White and poised to turn on the left. Don't retcon this to pretend the objection was that Blaire would flake.
