I have found that doing these things helps somewhat, although I can't guarantee anything since @YouTube is incredibly opaque about their "review" process and essentially ANY video can be flagged down.

Very kind of you but why should anyone self censor their perfectly 'fair use' content. What are they acomplishing? is a unefficient way of control who, souposedly, must thrive in the site. Don't you think that content creators are in need of some kind of union-like organization?

They use speech-to-text to figure out context too, so good point on the avoiding problematic terms
if anything can get flagged down and you do all that stuff anyway, aren't they essentially restricting speech through threat of censorship? seems the better energy is spent fighting the censorship than constantly modifying the language
