The tweet was deleted, but the "playing pretend" part was in reference to the people (like me) using the pronouns and "enabling mental illness" or something, not the trans individuals themselves. I was being accused of playing pretend, not Blaire.
I feel sometimes... like I just can't face palm my keyboard hard enough.
People that think that being trans is "pretending" or "passing" as a woman don't know what makes a woman
Is a little sad that they believe that appearance is the key to be a "real woman" they always have been girls since born, the dress is sweet liberation, not obligation 
It’s not ‘playing pretend’ to refer to someone as the pronouns they ask, regardless. It’s just simple respect of that person, really.
