at this point, “terf” is a meaningless term. witch hunt designation for feminists who think sex is biological and gender is social.

It's derogatory, and I'll grant you, it is misused. But how is that any different than sexist/racist, where legitimate cases of use exist?

Also like "racist", it's not a word I think should be taken lightly. Nor should it be used to dismiss. But to denote trans bigotry? Why not?

But maybe it does carry too much baggage. I'd be fine with just calling it "transphobia". Another word that gets overused, though.

i don’t like it for a number of reasons that i’ll explain in a vid someday. but for now, the fact that i’m now “terf #1” is case in point.

how you can write trans inclusive curriculum, advocate at the white house, make a dozen curricular vids + still be a “terf” is beyond me.

I don't think you're a terf, and that goes back to my issue with the bar being so relative. It's a problem with subjective standards.
