To me, the point of debating transphobes/fash is simply to show up and deliver the message, "I'm here, I'm queer, I think you're full of shit and I'm not afraid of you." And that's it. There's no "winning" or "losing" beyond that.
yeah I completely agree. This stuff comes and finds me whether I like it or not, so it can be good for the psychological immune system to step right into the thick of it on purpose
