Doc just increased my estradiol dose from 4 to 6mg. With any luck by the end of the week I'll be made of solid tears.

I'll have to wait so long to be able to afford transition with a doctor that could actually do my dosages properly. Self-med is scary.
better not to self-med obvi but if you must 2-4mg estradiol and 100-200 mg spiro seem to be pretty safe in most cases. Read up on the risks of course

Here you can sometimes get a Doctor to do bridging medication while on the list for a GIC, or at least to advise and give blood tests.

It's currently my hope that they follow the advice on that, but so many GPs just don't.
