Do laser first. Do it ASAP before estrogen turns it all blonde. Then move to electro to clean up what's left....yes...very happy with long..

I had mostly thick, dark hair and light skin with red and yellow undertones, so IPL worked really well for me.

Don't waste your time or money with laser (I wasted €5,000 on it). Get a good electro practitioner and keep going for three years.
