exactly. but the rhetoric around this issue (and many feminist issues) is focused on how individuals are bad people. completely wrong.

yes. & some of the blame is on SJWs for having bad rhetoric, but plenty is also on the anti-SJWs who represent it as much worse than it is

I mostly agree. I do worry about always having to center the feelings of cis white men, but generally what you're describing works better.

IMO dealing w people's feelings part of being a good communicator & being on the front lines of a cause. cant just shout people into change.
