The change, btw, is that some videos are now highly restricted: don't turn up in searches, no comments, no ratings, never suggested.

If I were confident this is only going to be used to restrict genuine hate speech I would of course support it.

The problem with Nazi propaganda isn't that it's "inappropriate for some audiences." It's that it incites hate & violence on basis of race.
