Can't say I've seen any coddling, personally. A lot of obfuscation, and dancing around issues perhaps, but coddling? No.

Pretending that "being called Nazis" drove people to Nazism is coddling. Shifting the blame to everyone else is coddling them.

I'm more concerned by the extreme opposition that wants to give them constant media attention and deprive then of their basic civil rights.
