Been leaving the house lately looking like an obvious trans. It's mostly fine, I just don't make eye contact, never drink water, never pee.
A couple years ago I couldn't leave the house in a dress w/o getting blackout drunk first. Trying to avoid that too.

Yeah perhaps if you have some friends that live near you it's easier to start in a group to gain some confidence? that's what my friend did.
