Industry standard seems to be http://hardingtest.com/index.php?page=test …, but it's expensive (~$30). If in doubt, put the warning up anyway.

it to do with timing , you should always make flashes 1.5 seconds apart to be in broadcast standards , if not yes warning or non at all
