I use it to mean some combination of those concepts. In my case I have some body dysphoria, but femme expression is probs the most important
to me. I guess I think there's a lot more to gender than bodies. But bodies are definitely part of it.

Yeah, it can be tricky untangling gender orientation, gender presentation, etc, when not taking any for granted.
