In a world where gender didn't force you into roles there'd be no point in calling yourself "genderqueer." You'd just be another person.

I might be missing something semantically... I thought genderqueer was more about feeling comfortable in a body that's not 100% either sex.

It can be that. But a lot of (most?) GQ I've talked to are not intersex or on hormones. So it can be more about perception of your body,
