Because it's presuppositional, it can never really be argued for. It's not empirical but normative/prescriptive.
The "arguments" in favor end up being, "you're trying to change the definition of words!" w/ implication that this is sinister or impossible

People need to realize that not every culture has only 2 defined gender roles and sex in science isn't limited to one X and Y chromosome

When they say "Buh biologee" they don't even consider brain chemistry, endocrinology, or even to an extent socialization as part of biology

I also think that people have different conceptions of what gender means. This idea it's entirely socially constructed is debatable.

No one has made any reasonable argument for defining any gender outside of those two. You're claiming a science stance without any science.

The idea is basically ignorant of genetics. XX/XY is reductionist of both the concept of sex and gender even if sex equaled gender
