You can't beat Milo that way. You have to challenge his ideas. Not make him some sort of free speech pariah.
he has no ideas. Provocation is his only idea, and deplatforming keeps him from doing it on campus.

I disagree. It's a large part of what he does yes, but he does have views on issues, and those can definitely be challenged.

but challenging them doesn't help when he's in the room. His sneering mode of discourse mocks the idea of rational dialogue.
