there is no universal norm, as eyelid shape varies, even within race. Mine have more creases than most "white" girls my age.

depends on the makeup brand, I find NYX contour kit creates a lot more wrinkles than Smashbox

it can be different however eyelids must have wrinkles when your eyes are open, otherwise you couldn't close them
